|Arizona Humane Society! This grant will support Arizona Humane Society’s Homeward Bound Program, an adoption expedition program that will place shelter dogs who are in the final stages of recovery from pre-approved medical and behavior issues up for adoption.
|Best Friends Animal Society! This grant will support Best Friends Animal Society’s Big Dog Project, a pilot program to get more big dogs adopted through training, reduced adoption fees and addressing community dogs.
|Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue! This grant will provide medical care and transportation for dogs who are rescued from high-kill shelters to be part of Charlie’s Angels Animal Rescue’s local Aloft Hotel’s Adoption Program, a unique partnership that features rescue dog greeters at the hotel.
|Friends of the Animals BR, Inc. This grant will provide heartworm medical care and treatment to infected dogs to get them to be adoptable.
|Humane Society of Southern Arizona! This grant will support the expansion of its basic dental care program, allowing them to increase the adoptability of dogs by reducing the initial vet care costs for potential adopters.
|Kentucky Humane Society! This grant will support its Saving Kentucky’s Shelter Dogs Project, a behavior training program and transport program to rural county shelters to get more dogs adoptable.
|Wisconsin Humane Society! This grant will support its Benchwarmer program that promotes dogs who have been in its shelter for more than 14 days and to reduce their adoption fees.
